Chicken (Less than 7 lbs)----$2.95/Bird

Chicken (Greater than 7 lbs)---$0.50/lb

Turkeys----$0.50/lb

Ducks---$8.50/Bird 

Geese---$9.50/Bird

Pheasants, Chuckar Partridge, Guineas---$2.95/Bird

Quail---$2.00/Bird

Rabbits---$2.95/Rabbit

 

Additional Costs (These are all optional for you and are in addition to the bird/rabbit)

Giblets (heart, liver, gizzard-any or all)---$0.30/Bird

Cutting (most common is 1/2, 1/4, 8 piece, or pieced)---$1.00/Bird

Boning (taking meat off the thighs or breast)---$0.50/Bird

Grinding (grinding boneless meat)---$0.50/lb

Drumming Wings -- $0.30/Bird

Feet--(we reserve the right to omit feet from any order if they aren't in good condition)---$0.15/foot

Extra bags (any bag over 1/bird)---$0.30/bag
