Welcome to Nelson-Shine Produce! We pride ourselves on being able to provide you only the best products from plants, seeds, strawberries, sweet corn, beef, or poultry meat and processing. We are family owned and operated and located in rural central MN just south of Brainerd. It is an honor to raise family-farm fresh agriculture products, and to provide complete and custom poultry processing services for you. Our high quality and excellent service in everything we provide is what we promise because at Nelson-Shine Produce, we care about what you eat! UPDATES!!

There are several updates to report! One, is that our sweet corn is finally ready to be sold! You can check out more information about it on the Berries and Produce page or feel free to call Nick and Gretchen as well.  Just a reminder, the cost is $4.00/dozen, but if you buy 10 dozen or more at a time the cost is $3.50/dozen.

Also, we are back with our stock of beef for sale! We have individual cuts of steaks, roasts, and ground beef.  We also have tallow available for anyone who would like to try their hand at making soap or uses it for bird food.

Finally, other produce that we have available for sale includes tomatoes (we don't have a lot yet...but there are MANY green ones and we are seeing more and more ripe each day) and cucumbers for eating or pickling.  We also have some potatoes available as well.    The tomatoes, cucumbers, and potatoes are located at Nick and Gretchen's home, so please contact them for prices and availability.
